RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Contact Right Foam at info@rightfoam.com with your order number if you wish to cancel or report a problem. Please contact us before sending goods back so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

STANDARD, NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
For standard products, including Foam Crumb that has not been customised, you may cancel your online order by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You pay the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please package the goods securely. You may inspect them as you would in a shop; we may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund the product price and the basic outbound delivery charge for a cancelled order. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

BESPOKE, CUSTOM-CUT FOAM
Foam cut to your measurements or otherwise made to your specifications is not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return. Please check your dimensions, quantity and foam type before ordering. Our cutting tolerance is plus or minus 1% of the specified dimension. This does not limit your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If there is a problem with your order, contact info@rightfoam.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a repair, replacement or refund as required by your statutory rights. We cover the necessary return-postage costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods; contact us to arrange the return.

FOAM CHARACTERISTICS
New foam may have a manufacturing odour that reduces after unpacking and airing. Foam can also change colour with age and exposure to light. These characteristics do not by themselves establish a fault, but please contact us if you are concerned about quality or suitability.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. We supply and deliver to the United Kingdom only.
